What was wrong
Cohort training usually runs on a chat group, where the brief, the submissions and the feedback all sink under the conversation within a day. Nobody can tell who finished what, and last week's material is unfindable.
What I did
Tasks are objects with steps and a completion state per member, prompts live in a browsable library, and submissions carry their own comments and reactions. Progress is a property of the member, not something reconstructed by scrolling.
What changed
The cohort has a shared record instead of a scrollback, and a member can see what they have and have not finished without asking anyone.
What is inside
Daily missions with steps
Each mission carries sub-steps, learning material and a per-member completion state, arranged in stages that unlock in order.
A prompt library
64 professional prompts across nine categories — paid ads, social, SEO, email marketing and more.
Submissions and reactions
A trainee posts their work as text and a link, and the cohort comments and reacts in four different ways.
Gems and coins
A gem worth ten points for posting or completing a mission, and a coin worth one for backing someone else’s work.
Badges, awarded automatically
Granted on specific milestones — a first post, five posts, backing three peers, ten gems.
A leaderboard
A live ranking among trainees, which makes progress visible instead of a private feeling.
From the build
A walkthrough of 8 screens, from the site and the dashboard.

What the camp holdsSix pillars in one place — sequenced missions, ready prompts, a leaderboard, peer support, badges and achievements.
The invitationThe end of the page asks one question and offers one button, instead of three competing paths.
Signing inAuthentication on Supabase with row-level security policies — a member only ever sees what belongs to them.
Creating an accountRegistering unlocks the first stage straight away, so nobody waits for approval before the first mission.
The daily missionsStage one with five missions: each day carries its brief and its completion state, and the next day stays locked until the one before it is done.
Inside a missionThe full brief with the prompt to use and the steps expected — not a chat message that sinks within the hour.
The prompt library64 professional prompts in nine categories — paid ads, social, SEO, email marketing and strategy.
Inside a categoryEach prompt on its own card: the role the model takes, the output to expect, and a single copy button.
